• The free plan is free indefinitely — three life areas and five habits, with no card required.
• Premium is billed monthly only. There is deliberately no annual plan, so the most anyone can lose is a month.
• You can cancel at any time from the billing portal; Premium stays active until the end of the period you already paid for.
• No dark patterns: leaving is as straightforward as joining.
